EXPERIENCE MATTERS.

Allan graduated law school in 1976, which was two years before the Bankruptcy Reform Act was enacted by Congress. Having worked with bankruptcy law since its modern formation, Allan has done just about every task one can do in the Bankruptcy courtroom. This includes working with trustees, debtor in possession financing, restructuring, and re-organizations.

Allan was a trustee under the former Bankruptcy Act and served as a Special Deputy Receiver for the Texas Department of Insurance reorganizing and rehabilitating insurance companies. I am a former judge and currently serve as an arbitrator for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts.
